Comfortable bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud, spacious bathroom with central heating, plenty of TV channels to binge-watch, and a microwave for late-night snacks 🍿. Great spot by the lake with stunning views, and a cool pool to splash around in.

The beautiful and modern furnishings impressed me, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the manager even helped me change rooms when I had an issue with the fridge. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and I appreciated the lake view from my room and the patio with a fire pit.

The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate for putting on makeup.

The room I got was huge and large with a tub, beautiful view, the AC. The location was favourable and lovely - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. The service was excellent, the food was good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and informative, especially Brittany at the front desk. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I loved sitting by the firepit on the patio in the evenings. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and plenty of seating.

The property was fairly clean and beautiful. Loved staying at the suite with a tub. A microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge were an advantage. The staff was really helpful and very helpful, so I will be back.

The bar offers a wide selection of breakfast options. the rooms are spacious and large, equipped with a bathtub, AC, and a beautiful view. - the location is great for exploring the secure area near Ankeny, Iowa.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I especially appreciated that the front desk staff provided us with extra towels promptly after we requested them. my stay at Best Western was enjoyable. Recommended.
